What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, depending on model and customization. Sample orders are welcome for evaluation.
What materials can you use?
MDF, PVC, plywood, solid wood and melamine-faced particle board, with PVC membrane, high-gloss lacquer or melamine finishes and resin, ceramic, marble or tempered glass countertops.
What is your production lead time?
25–45 days for typical orders depending on size and customization; samples in 7–15 days after design confirmation.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes — private-label branding, carton printing and e-commerce-ready packaging are standard parts of our OEM/ODM service.
What certifications do your products have?
ISO9001, CE, SGS, IP44 and FSA — covering quality management, European conformity, third-party inspection and moisture resistance.
Which countries do you export to?
Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and Asia — over 80% of our output ships to EU, US and AU markets.
How do you ship orders?
Sea freight in 40ft HQ containers is standard, with rail and air freight available. We coordinate loading, documents and insurance from Hangzhou.
Can you help with design and samples?
Yes — in-house art, CAD and R&D teams provide 3D renderings, prototyping and pre-production samples before mass production.
How do I get a quotation?

Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We are located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou — 50 minutes from Shanghai and Xiaoshan International Airport. Video tours are also available.
