How is the curved profile made?
The curved side ends are CNC-formed on moisture-sealed plywood, then veneered and fluted so the texture wraps continuously around the radius.
Does the curve affect strength?
No — the carcass keeps full structural integrity; the radius is part of the engineered frame, not a cosmetic add-on.
Can this be black oak too?
Yes — the same curved body is available in natural oak, black oak and custom RAL tones.
What is the MOQ for this model?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with sample orders welcome for pre-production evaluation.
