36″ Waterproof-Plywood Oak Vanity — Black Quartz Top for US Bathroom Programmes

US bathroom retail in 2026 still runs on the 30″–36″ single-basin cabinet, but the brief behind it has changed: buyers now ask for a body that survives a humid bathroom instead of swelling, a counter that does not need fabricating at destination, and a finish that hides finger marks and hard-water spotting. This 36-inch wall-hung unit is built to that brief. The carcass is exterior-grade waterproof plywood — 18 mm panels with sealed edges and a moisture-resistant back panel, the construction that fixes the most common return reason in this category, a back panel that warps in transit or after a season of shower steam — with a marine-grade plywood option for coastal and multi-unit programmes. The front is a warm natural-oak wood-grain in a low-sheen matt lacquer: the finish family that has displaced grey in US specification, with slim matte-black bar pulls that read as hardware rather than decoration. The counter is a black quartz-composite slab with subtle white veining and a squared edge, with a white rectangular under-mount ceramic basin bonded into it, so there is no counter cut-out to template on site and no silicone seam for water to sit in. Two full-extension drawers run on damped soft-close runners, with Blum hardware available on request. Faucet drilling is single-hole as standard, with 3-hole and no-bore versions available on the same top to suit the widespread and centreset mixers sold in the US. The unit floats on a concealed bracket, and a matching freestanding variant with adjustable leveling feet is available for replacement retail where wall reinforcement is not an option. Cartons are flat-pack and container-optimised for US ports, and the complete 30″ to 60″ range runs from our 20,000 m² factory in one programme, against the same export standard we supply to the world's top-10 building-material brands.

Product FAQ

Why waterproof plywood rather than MDF for a US bathroom?
Plywood is a cross-layered veneer panel, so it resists the swelling and edge-crumbling that MDF shows when a bathroom stays humid or a leak goes unnoticed for a few weeks — the failure mode behind most warranty returns in this category. We use exterior-grade plywood with waterproof adhesive, sealed edges and a moisture-resistant back panel, so the panel holds its dimensions through container transit and a humid service life. MDF stays available for dry-area guest baths and price-driven programmes where the buyer has made that trade-off deliberately.
Does the quartz-composite top need fabricating on site?
No. The basin is bonded into the slab at our factory and the faucet holes are drilled to your specification before packing, so the vanity arrives as a finished top-and-basin assembly. Your side only sets the cabinet on the bracket and connects supply and drain — no counter cut-out to template, no stone fabricator on site, and no silicone seam between basin and counter where water and cleaning residue collect. If your programme prefers loose tops for local fabrication, we can ship them unbonded and undrilled.
Will the unit fit standard US plumbing rough-ins?
Yes. The cabinet is 18.5″ deep with a service void at the rear for supply lines and the P-trap, and we publish the cut-out and drain positions with every quotation so your installer can check against the existing rough-in before ordering. Single-hole drilling is standard; the 3-hole and no-bore tops cover widespread and centreset mixers. Because the unit floats, the drain can be set in the wall or brought up through the floor via the rear service void.
What finishes can you match for a US retail programme?
The standard build is a warm natural-oak wood-grain in matt lacquer, because that family has taken share from grey flat-pack across US specification. We also produce smooth matt lacquer in white, greige, sage and charcoal, and wood-grain laminate or PVC membrane where a programme needs a specific look at a lower cost. Send a colour reference or a sample front and we will match it and confirm before production; a colour-strike panel can be couriered for sign-off.
Do you offer both wall-hung and freestanding versions?
Yes — the same carcass, front and top run in both formats. Wall-hung is the default for new construction and renovation where the wall can be reinforced, and we supply the reinforcement specification and a mounting template with every unit. The freestanding variant adds a plinth and adjustable leveling feet, which is the format that works in replacement retail where the wall is not opened up and the floor is out of level.
What is the MOQ and how does sampling work?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with sample orders welcome for pre-production evaluation. Cartons are flat-pack and container-optimised for US ports, and we quote the complete 30″–60″ size run, including the 48″ and 60″ double-basin formats, in a single programme with matching fronts, tops and mirrors.
