Why specify a full PVC body instead of MDF for Brazil?

Because tropical humidity is the single biggest failure mode for bathroom furniture: MDF and particleboard absorb airborne moisture at the cut edges, swell, and lift their veneer within a season or two. A full PVC body has no wood core to absorb water — it is dimensionally stable, wipes clean, and is the construction we recommend for Brazilian apartments, coastal properties and short-let units where ventilation is inconsistent. A sealed-plywood body is available as an alternative if you need a wood-based substrate.

Which width should I order for Brazilian apartments and houses?

900 mm is the most requested width: wide enough for a proper basin run, compact enough for a typical apartment bathroom. For very tight apartments 600–800 mm is the practical band; for family houses 1000–1200 mm, and the double-basin format at 1200 mm is growing in the premium segment. All of these widths are produced in one programme with matching fronts and tops, so you can quote mixed sizes without mixing suppliers.

Is a fluted front harder to keep clean in a humid bathroom?

No. The fluting is pressed into a PVC laminate surface, so the ribs are sealed, closed profiles — there is no open wood grain or veneer joint to trap moisture. A damp cloth along the rib direction is enough; the same surface also hides everyday handling marks far better than a flat high-gloss door.

What basin and tap setup does the unit ship with?

A square white glazed ceramic vessel basin with an overflow, pre-drilled for a single tap, sits on the sintered stone top. A slim matte-black single-lever mixer is supplied as standard, with matte gold and brushed chrome alternatives if your market has moved away from black fittings. For project programmes we also supply an integrated ceramic countertop basin.

Can the mirror be supplied as part of the same order?

Yes — the frameless anti-fog LED mirror with touch switch and three colour temperatures is shipped as one set SKU together with the cabinet, top and basin, so a single PO covers the complete bathroom unit. Specify the mirror width you want and we will match it to the cabinet run.

What is the MOQ and how does sampling work?

Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with sample orders welcome for pre-production evaluation. Cartons are container-optimised for Santos, Paranaguá and Itajaí, and we quote the complete 600–1200 mm size run in a single programme.
