Produced on the same carcass and hinge programme as the rest of your kitchen, so doors, panels and hardware match in one order.

Product FAQ

Why specify an island with a breakfast bar rather than a plain island?

It gives the kitchen a second function without a second footprint — the 300 mm overhang turns one long side into casual seating, so the island works as prep surface and dining bar at once. Because it is produced on the same carcass, door-thickness and hinge programme as the run, it drops into an open-plan kitchen as one more unit rather than as a separate special.

Is the quartz top shipped with the island?

Yes — the worktop is part of the programme, not a local fabrication. It is made as a 20 mm white veined-quartz slab with the waterfall return cut from the same batch so the veining lines up at the fold; for shipping it travels separately and crated, which keeps it safe and lets us pack the carcass as KD flat-pack to control freight volume.

Can the overhang carry the bar stools and the sink at the same time?

Yes. The seating-side overhang is supported by a recessed slender leg, so the bar side handles seated weight while the opposite side keeps the full base for the undermount sink and drawers. Tell us which end you want the sink and where the seating sits and we lay out the island accordingly.

What is the MOQ and can we order a sample first?

Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, and sample orders are welcome for pre-production evaluation before you commit to a full programme.
