The compact floating vanity we build for humid and coastal markets: a full PVC waterproof body that will not swell in a steamy bathroom, wrapped in a warm walnut grain that reads as real timber, with a joint-free basin you wipe clean in one pass. Sized at 650 mm for apartments and en-suites where a 800 mm unit simply will not fit.

Why a PVC body instead of plywood?

Solid wood and plywood carcases are the wrong specification for a bathroom that is humid all year. PVC does not absorb water, so it will not swell, delaminate or support mould growth, and it holds its shape through repeated wet-dry cycles. We specify it by default for tropical and coastal destinations and quote plywood versions only where the client's climate and budget suit them.

Will 650 mm be wide enough for a usable basin?

Yes. 650 mm is the width we recommend for apartments and en-suites: it still takes a full-size basin and two drawers, while leaving clearance for a door swing or a toilet that a 800 mm unit would foul. We produce 600 / 700 / 750 mm and custom widths from the same tooling, so you can run the whole size band in one program.

How is the basin joint-free?

The countertop and the washbasin are moulded as one continuous solid-surface slab, so there is no rim or seam where water and soap collect. It wipes clean in a single pass and, being non-porous, resists staining and bacterial growth.

Does the lower drawer clear the waste pipe?

Yes — the drawer layout is configured around a standard P-trap, and on wall-hung installations the trap sits in the space behind and below the cabinet rather than inside the drawer. Send us your plumbing drawing and we will confirm the internal drawer depth for your project.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with samples welcome first. Typical production lead time is 30 to 35 days after sample approval, plus sea freight to your port — we quote realistic transit times for Santos and Paranagua.
