Why is 800 mm the width UK buyers ask for most?

It is the widest unit that still fits most UK cloakrooms, en-suites and small flats without crowding the door swing or the shower tray, and it is wide enough for one proper basin plus a usable drawer run underneath. In UK enquiries the 600-900 mm band covers nearly every residential project, with 700-800 mm the most-quoted single size; 1000-1200 mm double units appear mainly in larger family bathrooms. We build 600, 700, 800 and 900 mm from the same fronts, so a mixed size band can be quoted as one program at a 20-piece MOQ per model.

Why fluted fronts in matt navy rather than a flat matt panel?

Two reasons we hear from UK retailers. First, flat matt panels show fingerprints and dried water marks very quickly in a busy bathroom, which drives returns and complaints; the fluted profile breaks up that marking and keeps the unit looking clean for far longer. Second, deep colour with texture is where the 2026 UK market has moved, away from gloss white. The reeding is machined as one piece per front, so the spacing stays even across both drawers instead of drifting from front to front.

What body do you use, and is it suitable for a humid UK bathroom?

Sealed multi-layer solid-wood (plywood) is standard on this model, and a full PVC waterproof body is available as an option. Plywood holds its shape, its screw-holding strength and its moisture resistance far better than particleboard, which matters in a room with a shower and no window. We will state the panel type and the edge-sealing method in writing on your quotation, and we recommend the PVC body where humidity runs high or the room is poorly ventilated.

Does the top arrive ready for the basin, or do we have to cut it locally?

The composite stone top is cut, drilled and the ceramic basin bonded in before packing, so there is no templating, no local stone cutting and no silicone work on site — a real saving for UK importers and merchants who would otherwise have to arrange that per unit. Send your tap-hole position and waste requirements at order stage and we will confirm the top drawing before production.

What is the MOQ and lead time for a UK program?

MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with samples welcome before you commit to a run. Typical production lead time is 30 to 35 days after sample approval, plus sea freight; we quote realistic transit times per UK port so your landed cost is not a surprise.
