Product FAQ

Are the drawers deep enough for bottles?

Yes — each drawer has 310 mm of internal height, so shampoo bottles, refill jugs and cleaning products stand upright instead of lying down. This is the single most common complaint about floating vanities, and the reason we built this model around a deep two-drawer layout.

How is the basin joint-free?

The countertop and the washbasin are moulded as one continuous solid-surface slab, so there is no rim or seam where water and soap can collect. It wipes clean in a single pass, and because it is non-porous it resists staining and bacterial growth.

Which body should I choose for a humid or coastal bathroom?

The standard build is moisture-resistant plywood with sealed edges. For coastal areas, continuous humidity or rental properties where ventilation is poor, we substitute a full PVC waterproof body — tell us the destination and we will recommend the construction for that climate.

Can you match a specific oak tone or supply a sample?

Yes — send a swatch, paint code or reference photo and we will match it on the oak wood-grain lacquer, then courier a physical sample for approval before production starts.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with samples welcome first. Typical production lead time is 30 to 35 days after sample approval, plus sea freight to your port — we quote realistic transit times to San Antonio and Valparaiso.
