Why 900 mm for the Chilean market?

900 mm is the width that covers the two layouts most Chilean buyers are working with: a main bathroom in an apartment, where it is the widest unit that still leaves circulation space, and a family bathroom where it is the step up from a 600 or 700 mm unit without going to a double basin. Because we build 800, 900 and 1000 mm from the same front family, a distributor can cover the whole apartment range as one program at a 20-piece MOQ per model instead of placing separate orders for each width. What does the open towel niche actually change for my customers?

It removes the need for a second piece of furniture in a compact bathroom. Towels, and the items people reach for several times a day, stay reachable without opening a drawer, and nothing has to be mounted on the wall beside the unit. That matters most in Chilean apartments, where wall length is the scarce resource. The niche is cut into the recessed base of the carcass, so it does not reduce the usable depth of the drawer above it, and the drawer keeps a full-width soft-close runner with a siphon recess at the back.

Is this unit suitable for a humid or coastal bathroom?

Sealed marine-grade multi-layer plywood is our standard carcass, and a full PVC waterproof body is available as an option. Plywood holds its shape, its screw-holding strength and its moisture resistance far better than particleboard, which is the panel that fails first in a humid bathroom. We state the panel type and the edge-sealing method in writing on your quotation, and we recommend the PVC body for the coastal belt - Valparaiso through Concepcion - and for bathrooms without a window.

Can I order the vanity and the matching mirror on the same purchase order?

Yes. We build a matching LED mirror with anti-fog glass and three-colour lighting, IP44 rated, and it can be quoted on the same PO as the vanity. Both come from the same factory, so the finish and the grain direction match instead of being two suppliers' separate best attempts. Specify the mirror width and the light colour temperature and we confirm the set drawing before production.

What is the MOQ and lead time for a Chile program?

MOQ is 20 pieces per model, with samples welcome before you commit to a run. Typical production lead time is 30 to 35 days after sample approval plus sea freight; we quote transit times to San Antonio and Valparaiso so your landed cost is not a surprise.
