Magic Corner Carousel — Blind-Corner Pull-Out Cabinet

The corner base cabinet is the most expensive dead space in a kitchen: deep enough to hold the pots you use every day, and laid out so you can never reach the back of it. This carousel fixes that. An L-shape pull-out frame rides out of the blind corner on full-extension ball-bearing slides, carrying two tiers of chrome-wire or aluminium baskets, so the whole corner comes to you instead of you reaching in. Soft-close dampers, zinc-coated steel arms, and a 900 mm corner carcass that bolts into the same run as the rest of the kitchen — and matches the doors on either side.

  • Blind-corner format — a 900 × 900 mm corner base cabinet with an L-shape pull-out frame that brings the full corner out into the open
  • Two tiers of chrome-wire or aluminium baskets, height-adjustable, rated 30 kg per tier for pots, pans, small appliances and jars
  • Full-extension ball-bearing slides with a soft-close damper — cycle-tested for 50,000+ open/close cycles
  • Zinc-coated steel arms and frame, chrome-plated surface, no plastic load-bearing parts
  • Carcass in 16–18 mm E1/E0 board or plywood with moisture-sealed edges; doors 18–22 mm matched to the rest of the kitchen
  • Handleless or shaker front options, left- or right-hand opening, face-frame and frameless mounting brackets both supplied
  • KD flat-pack with edge protection, the pull-out frame packed as a separate braced module so the runners cannot be loaded in transit
  • Optional soft-close Blum LeMans-class mechanism on the same drilling for premium programmes

Product FAQ

Why specify a magic corner instead of an ordinary L-shape shelf?
Because an L-shape shelf keeps the deep back of the corner permanently out of reach — you own that storage but never use it. A pull-out carousel brings the whole corner out on full-extension slides, so a 900 × 900 mm corner that would otherwise hold a dead shelf becomes the most accessible storage in the kitchen. The trade is one mechanism per corner, and that mechanism is the cheapest capacity you will add to a base run.
How much weight will the baskets carry, and how long do the slides last?
Plan on 30 kg per tier, which covers pots, pans, small appliances and jars with margin. The frame rides on full-extension ball-bearing slides with a soft-close damper, cycle-tested beyond 50,000 open/close cycles. If your programme stores heavier items — cast-iron cookware, bulk bottles — tell us and we specify the basket gauge and slide rating up from there.
Will the carousel fit face-frame and frameless cabinets?
Yes. We supply both face-frame and frameless (European-style) mounting brackets, with micro-adjustment on height, depth and alignment, and a wide-angle hinge so the door folds clear of the frame. We also cut left- and right-hand openings from one production set, so a run can be mirrored without new tooling.
What is the MOQ and can we order a sample first?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model, and sample orders are welcome for pre-production evaluation before you commit to a full programme. We run a 20,000 m² factory and have supplied the world's top-10 building-material brands since 2009, so repeat kitchen programmes hold production slots.
