Most apartment bathrooms in Germany sit between 1.5 and 2.2 metres across, frequently with the door swinging inwards, the WC on the same wall run and no window to vent through, so the wall behind the basin is the only surface left for the vanity. That is why the wall-hung unit has never really been optional in this market: nothing touches the floor, the room reads a whole tile wider, and the floor underneath can be mopped in one pass without pulling out a cabinet. This 800 mm unit is built for exactly that wall. It is handleless: the upper drawer opens on a recessed grip groove running the full width under the top edge, which removes the single most common snag point in a narrow bathroom and gives the front one uninterrupted line of ribs. The top is a 20 mm sintered-stone slab with the shallow basin formed as one continuous piece with it - no cut-out, no separate ceramic bowl, no rim, no silicone joint to fail, and nothing to template on site. No tap hole is drilled as standard, which is deliberate: it leaves the top clean for a wall-mounted mixer, the fitting German installers and their clients ask for most often because it keeps the counter free and the water out of the cabinet. Two full-width soft-close drawers run on full-extension runners with the siphon recess cut into the rear panel, the carcass is sealed multi-layer plywood with a full PVC waterproof body available for interior bathrooms, and the matching slim LED mirror is quotable on the same purchase order so finish and light temperature match instead of arriving as two suppliers' separate best attempts.
